To qualify, a pastor must live in Asia, Africa or Latin America and preach or teach from the Bible to at least 20 people each week. Please be sure to provide all requested information or the application may be rejected. Multiple requests at the same address will not be processed (wives, please use your husband's copy).

11. Do you certify that you are a pastor, evangelist or church leader who preaches or teaches from the Bible to 20 or more persons at least once a week?
